I work on the finance problems that growth exposes.
Over more than 14 years in finance and accounting, I have repeatedly seen complexity outrun the systems of young and fast-growing companies.
The symptoms are familiar: an unreliable monthly close, weak controls, unclear authority, and important decisions made without enough analysis. These are not isolated accounting problems. They affect how the whole company sees, decides, and acts.
My work has covered planning, budgets, cash flow, governance, compliance, and restructuring in Saudi and regional businesses. The recurring problem is simple: the company has grown, but its finance function has not grown with it.
